I am writing this letter to express our appreciation for the service we have been given by Randy. We have been opened with our Micros System for approximately one year. Randy has had to call us multiple times and he has ALWAYS been extremely helpful, patient and concerned about our needs. Travis originally helped us when we opened and he did a great job at teaching us the basics on how to use the system. When you are first opening a Bath Junkie it is a lot of information at once and really there is only so much your brain can absorb, this includes the use of your POS terminal. With that in mind, we recently had the opportunity to give Randy a ride to and from Huntsville, Alabama, where he was setting up Mickey and Susan’s system. We have a great rapport with Mickey and Susan and were able to get some of their things ready for their store as Randy taught all about the computer. It was a great refresher for us and we were able to catch some of the stuff that you can’t really understand until you actually use the system for a while, and when your mind is not on overload. Also I would like to commend Randy for I know he was exhausted after being up since 3:30am, traveling to Nashville, then driving two hours, setting up the computer, then teaching about the system. He stayed without complaint at the store until after 10:00pm. When Randy helps you, you know he truly cares about your needs. This, from a Customers eyes is very much appreciated and does not go unnoticed.
