Why Buy?
Difference : The system you buy from us today will run just as fast in 3 years... 5 years... 7 years as the day we installed it. We are the only company in Arkansas that can say this!
Why is this Important? Because the slower your system gets the more irritated your customers and staff get waiting for their orders and waiting to pay their tab. Eventually, you'll pay for expensive upgrades.
Difference: We can fit 150 keys on one screen... compare that to 20-30 keys our competitors are limited to. Plus, we have virtually no limitations on what we can do with our screens. We are the only company in Arkansas that can say this!
Why is this important? Huge! Huge! Huge! Right now, even on your old register have more than 30 keys, with a 30 key limitation your cashiers and wait staff will continually be changing screens (which takes more time). I strongly believe that a system with a 30 key limitation will actually be slower to use than the one you are using now!
Difference: MICROS manufactures their own industrial strength hardware, as well as develop their software. Compare this to the competitionwho only develops the software and sells you the "Flavor of the Month" hardware purchased through a third party vendor... So, inshort, when you own our Windows based POS system, you own hardware and software built at the same company. We are the only company in Arkansas that can say this!
Why this is Important? Actually there are a dozen reasons, but here are the three biggest. 1) Parts Availability - We have customers using the same system they bought 14 years ago... Can we still get parts? Absolutely! Not only can we get parts; we still stock our service vehicles with their parts. 2) No Finger Pointing! - If you have troubles, you want answers, not the hardware company telling you the problem is the software and the software company telling you it's the hardware. If you have troubles with our system... its' our problem... and we take care of it... period. 3) Financial Security - When you can't get parts how long before your system is rendered useless?
